Your Rights Under Article 11 of the PDPL:
By applying to QNB eSolutions, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data: I) to learn whether it has been processed; II) to request information if it has been processed; III) to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; IV) to know the third parties to whom data has been transferred domestically or abroad; V) to request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data; VI) to request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the PDPL; VII) to request that the operations carried out pursuant to items (V) and (VI) be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; VIII) to object to a result arising to your detriment as a consequence of analysis exclusively through automated systems; IX) to request compensation for any damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing of your data.
Pursuant to the PDPL, you may submit your request to exercise the above rights in writing, or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu), and also via the channels set out below, to QNB eSolutions.
